What this library covers
The collection follows six areas: staffing, patrols, incidents, equipment, contracts and quality. Each workbook should answer a specific record-keeping question instead of pretending to run an entire security operation.
The intended audience is US contract guarding operations. This is not a cybersecurity library, a guard dispatch platform, a training provider or an emergency service. Site procedures, licensing requirements, employment rules and contractual duties must be resolved in the appropriate professional systems.
Start with the record you need
Read the purpose, sheet descriptions, required inputs and limitations on the document page before downloading. Check whether a figure represents scheduled, worked or billable hours. Confirm dates and time zones, especially for overnight shifts.
Illustrative values are not recommended staffing levels, pay rates or market prices. Save the original workbook, make a separate working copy and test a small known example after changing formulas or sheet structure.
A technical check is not an operational approval
A readable file and a working calculation do not establish that a patrol took place, that a site is secure or that legal requirements have been met. A spreadsheet record does not authenticate evidence or replace an approved case-management system.
Keep access codes, sensitive site plans, personal incident information and evidential material out of general-purpose templates. Use references to records held in authorized systems where appropriate.
Corrections and suggestions
If something does not behave as described, send a workbook question with the page URL, sheet or cell reference, application and observed result. Do not attach or paste private operational records.
