Scope of the resources
Guard Sheets organizes spreadsheet resources for physical security guard administration. The library’s categories describe staffing, patrols, incidents, equipment, contracts and quality records. A category description is not evidence that a particular file is already available: only a published workbook page with a working download provides that file.
Check each file before use
A workbook’s own page describes its sheets, inputs and intended outputs. XLSX is an Excel workbook format. Importing or opening it in another application can change formulas, validation, formatting or print layout; compatibility with one application must not be taken as testing in all others.
Keep an unchanged copy, enter non-sensitive test data first and check important outputs independently. Review date formats, shift boundaries, time zones, rates and rounding. A blank cell, an example row or a default value is not a confirmed business fact.
Operational and professional limits
A schedule does not establish that a guard is qualified or that a post was staffed. A patrol log does not prove that a patrol occurred. An incident tracker is not a chain-of-custody system. Cost examples do not establish compliance with wage, overtime, tax or contract requirements. Apply your own site procedures and obtain appropriate advice for decisions requiring it.
Your data and responsibilities
Use only information you are entitled to process. Store operational and personnel records in access-controlled systems appropriate to your organization. Do not upload confidential records through the contact form. Downloading a workbook does not create a monitored operational service, a backup service or an emergency response channel.
Reuse and intellectual property
Consult any license notice supplied with a specific file before sharing it outside your organization. Public availability alone does not establish permission to resell files, republish this library or imply endorsement by Guard Sheets. If a proposed use is not covered by a supplied notice, ask through Contact Guard Sheets. These terms do not override applicable rights or third-party component licenses.
Errors, changes and availability
Report a reproducible problem with the page URL, sheet or cell, spreadsheet application and anonymized steps. Receipt of a message does not promise a response deadline or a particular correction. A page or file may change; record the version you use and reassess important calculations when replacing it. No statement here excludes rights or duties that cannot legally be excluded.
